Mueller/Clear Hill Roads

1. Key is required to access Mueller Rd - local Forestry Tas source or Hobart office (last time I checked >1 year ago Mt Field PWS was no longer handling it)?

2. Clear Hill Rd gate remains unlocked? Similarly, last went along there >1 year ago.

An update from any recent users of these roads would be appreciated.

Last I checked (10 months ago??) Mueller Rd was only locked off from Scott's Peak end. Open from Styx. Fairly sure Clear Hill Rd has remained permanently open for a while now also.

Clear Hill Rd was still open less than a month ago. A call to FT will tell you about Mueller. You'd be wise to take a chainsaw on any road down that way.
