We came down it a couple of weeks ago. It's newly-taped, well in most places, in pink I think - which saved a LOT of time. Have a look around in the forest at the end of the last paddock to pick it up. Can't tell you about the top end exactly, as we didn't find the taped route initially, but you should be able to just keep following the tapes up to the OLT. I'll check my pics to see if there's anything helpful re where we came out of the forest.

Hi all,
For those that have walked this route, would you say that it would still be passable with the higher creek levels in winter? Or is too dangerous to even attempt...?

I've done it with high levels and KO Creek was doable but sketchy... We ended up finding a log that got us across.

First two times I did it, we came down the near side of KO creek, so no creek crossing was required for that one, at least. However, I wouldn't highly recommend it, as the scrub bashing is little more challenging. For memory, I think there was button grass, and then later a bit of horizontal (although it was mostly vertical horizontal, if that makes sense).
