Bit of a silly question, but is the start of the track up to Drys Bluff easy to spot when driving along the road near Liffey? The Abels book describes a gravel road turnoff, but Google maps street view shows two different gravel turnoffs near each other.
I'm looking at heading up there on Sunday and would appreciate my mind being at ease
Start of the track is fairly easy to find. Assuming you are travelling from Bracknell direction on C513, the parking area is 5.5km past the old Liffey school house. Parking area is on left of road immediately after two large poles with 'Oura Oura' engraved.
