I plan to head up to Chalice lake and climb Twin peaks, Cathedral and Bishop and Deans' Bluffs. I am also interested in the route from Cathedral to the OT. I'd appreciate any track info either here or via a message.

Over the nth end of Convent and sth far enough to miss the cliffs above cloister, meet the track to junction lk. A great walk. There are cairns in places near convent but the scrub is ok. Getting over there on the plateau is easy, no defined track so not sensitive.

Thanks Nuts and Roger, the Convent Hill route looks a nice option.
Do you know anything about routes to Dean Bluff? Looking at the map a possible rote looks to follow the skyline around from Bishop Peak to Dean Bluff and then head directly back accross the plateau to Lake Chalice?
I was planning to go this Wednesday but the forecast of snow showers followed by showers has put me off!

I haven't been around as far as Dean Bluff, i would imagine that the walking would be fairly straight forward. I'd think one of the peakbaggers would have the goss beta, think tassietrekker(?) posted about a walk coming In over Dean Bluff. Would be far more challenging but a good 'circuit'. Snow would be nice, followed by rain not so much fun though.
