Fish in Lake Curly?

Postby craigw » Fri 05 Sep, 2014 11:10 am

Hi all,
I'm going to have another crack at getting to lake curly next February. The last attempt ended in a mess of tea tree and a humiliating retreat back up Bonds Craig. We took fishing gear in last time as we'd seen photos of trout caught at lake curly. This trip, however, we will be cutting down on the weight as much as possible so the fishing gear is on the maybe take list. Has anyone had any experience at fishing in that neck of the woods - or more precisely, has anyone caught any fish in that neck of the woods.

Also, any recent experiences walking the route would be appreciated. We're pretty right to North Star but approaches into Lake Curly are still a bit unsure.

Cheers
Craig
