Hi guys,
I'm down in Hobart for 8 days from April 7th planning to head out and hike part of the West Arthur Traverse (descending at Kappa Moraine).
Any advice for getting to and from Scotts Peak? Was going to be a hire car and park up but my buddy has dropped out so if there's a good alternative I'll try that.
Thanks

If I'm back from TiM by then I can drive you down if you cover the fuel and sling me a coke or two. No guarantees, but - it all depends on weather on the west coast.
Probably better to look at one of the small commercial services.

Thanks I'll check them out on google.
I'll send you a PM (if that's an option here) with contact details if you happened to be available, would be extremely good of you! Slightly inconvenient time looking at my flights, I arrive at 9:30am, would be happy to pay more than fuel / coke. My other option is organising an Uber in advance, I had to do that for the South Coast Track in January.

If you're flying in to Llanherne (Hobart Airport) I can pick you up there as I live a bit further east. Be simpler all round.
