In April 2019 I noticed that the Fagus Patch above Falls Outlet (Lake Skinner) is viewable from the car at a point on Mcdougalls Rd about 1k north of the Lake Skinner track turnoff. The afternoon light was hitting it just right and it popped out as I was driving south. Not really a part of Fagus 2020 Season but in the current situation it's worth a look if any of you are out that way.
