gas canister availablity

flying in to launceston late on the 26th - does anyone know where we can pickup a couple of canisters for planned walk out of lake saint claire on the 27th (sunday)

They sell them at the Lake St Claire visitor's centre, but I'm not sure of their stock. I know they only had one full-sized canister at Cradle Mtn this last weekend

Phil,
How are you getting from Launceston to Lake St Clair if you are using a Bus service you can arrange for them to get your gas I believe however if I remember correctly the shop/cafe at St Clair sell Gas cannisters (give them a ring or email)if you dont have time to Shop in Launnie for them.
