Hi Dan, the track to Ina turns left from Gowan Grae just short of a couple of huts on the right, near the river. It's about 13k so walking time would be 3-4hours approx. The track is a current 4wd track so is easy to follow. Not a real hard 4wd track and I usually drive out a couple of times a year.
The track to Naomi goes straight past the huts on after less than a k it crosses the Nive to the right over a bridge. The track/road goes east of Johnsons lagoon then follows quite close to the Little river to Olive lagoon where it crosses the river at the outflow. It then goes about halfway up the east side if o.lag.before crossing the hill to the east and then dropping down to Naomi. Time from 2-5 hrs depending where you can drive to.

Have a look at this thread, there is some info about the area and the drive in question

It is easier to go down a hill than up, but the view is much better at the top.
