Hi, I wondering how long it would take to walk to lake Lunka from lake Augusta, and the best track to take

There is a track coming of the SW corner of Lake Ada (old 4wd track) and is very easy to follow upto Talleh Lagoons where there is camping and swimming snakes. The country that way is quite open so you could just wander across the plaeau from there to Lunka Lake.

You can leave the track a bit earlier than that, near Christys lagoon at 451563e 5364134n and head north up along Christy's creek where the walking is basicly pretty open. Probably take around 3 hours.

I was planning on going into Lunka in the first week of november but after reading other posts about weather it might be worth waiting abit longer.
