No need to hold up the que while someone sloooowly walks up to the counter, oh, he forgot something in the car, back, ok start towards the counter again, wait in another que, wait while the person behind the counter take that phone call, pay, slooowly walking back to their car, wait a while for who-knows-what

and then, slooowly drive away.
