Just thought i'd share this video for a bit of fun. Pretty sure it's fake but nonetheless an interesting watch.

See for yourself...

the user name "im-lying-i-swear" doesn't exactly inspire trust ;) lol... but nice thought though eh!
And it DOES make a nice change from a mainland fox blurry photo passed off as Tassie footage of a tiger

A bit embarrassing for you that this is the closing scene from the movie The Hunter ;)

The weather at the date the video claims to have been filmed is inconsistent with the snow on the ground, see http://www.bom.gov.au/climate/dwo/IDCJD ... test.shtml. It's a cute video though.

Micro-climate. :D

I thought the shadows looked wrong. I'm also pretty sure you can see Neil Armstrong in the background shaking hands with Elvis.

He's a paper Tasmanian. He's got far too much genetic diversity in his DNA.

I moved here so it felt like I was living amongst the British aristocracy ;)
... and talking of animals, why do Macpac make a koala baby backpack? Haven't they got pouches like other marsupials?

What if the Koala has twins? (Ollster, not tassie twins, I mean 2 different bodies)

The dominant twin usually eats the subordinate.

On a serious note, I remember when I was younger tiger sightings were quite common. Are there still reports of their existence from time to time? Or have the sightings dried up?

Maybe they're extinct again? Or maybe home stills are less popular than they were...
