Hi Everyone There ahas been some discussion on these posts about poor experiences with various transport providers. I thought I would share a great expereince I had with Outdoor Tasmania (Paul Grigg). We had booked a trip to Arm River some time ago and we were due to go next week. We had arranged transport with Paul some time ago and paid a deposit. Only this wek my daughter who was waling with me injured her back (rowing) so we had to cancel the trip at late notice. I emailed Paul and he was very understanding and immediately gave me a refund. Although we are disappointed about not being able to do the trip I will definately use Outdoor Tasmania next trip and can recommed his company to others.
