I've watched that video. So sad that a beautiful location like that is where people go to commit suicide.

One the other side of the coin Vice do good documentaries. I have watched several docos by them.

Have not heard of Vice before and don't know if I've watched any of their other productions. Yes, it's an interesting forest with lots of usable camping areas. Unfortunately as seen in the video and described in the Wiki entry, it's been somewhat trashed by human presence in the more accessible areas.
