Yes that is it John.
Yes I am on the PCT and there is no walkway on the bridge so you have to be careful.

Yes eggs, your family. This is from the Eglinton Valley en route to Milford Sound.
I finally watched the last 2 episodes of Alone Australia Season 2 the other night.
I'm led to believe nearby Lake Te Anau may have been a filming location for some of the contestants.
The other location may have been Lake Manapouri.

Thanks icefest, interesting. Curious to see where Krzysztof was located, in particular.
So they could have seen the Milford Track day cruise going past?

If they'd have changed filming season, then yes.

Much less interest in the ferry in winter!

I would not be able to stand here later in the day, when it's occupied by very large wild bovines.

This place may be named after another large animal, but I'm unlikely to find one.

Yes Moh, the hotel at Mammoth Hot Springs in Yellowstone NP. We stayed there about a week wandering around the park.
Only place I've stayed with warning signs to check for bison, elk, bears etc before opening the door to go outside.

Correct John. The track you can slicing across the lower slopes is the Holly Hut track. Photo taken near its junction with the Kokowai track.
