On Mt Buffalo? Maybe somewhere around the Gorge or the Big Walk?

I'll take it. It's looking down at the Buckland river from Chalwell Galleries.

In NSW.

Pretty unique landscape. I actually need help to name it. I've been to and I know exactly where it is, but I couldn't find what it is called.
This place give me a deeper impression than another relatively more well-known rock formation very closeby.

Thanks, and welcome to the game. Think I've seen similar, possibly from the View Point walk.

It is Upper Endrick. A little north west of Battleship Rock. But "upper endrick basin" is a general name for the whole area right? I thought there must be a special name for these rock layers - "The Arena" or something :D .

That's it, the short walk through the "Fog sculpture" garden by Fujiko Nakaya.
Interesting cool spot on a hot day if you're there when it's operating. Over to you.

Cheers John. A magical spot. It has tricked my photo app's AI before and made it into an 'in the woods' album.

This is in NSW:

Just a general term for the area... very distinctive. I'd like to traverse from that area up to bulee ck/picture canyon area (galloping Jim's route) but the regrowth is probably sheiser now

There is a structure and a building out of shot in the distance, on my right.
The peak I was heading for has a subsidiary peak, similarly named.

No, but not too far away. Head ENE about 5 km via a body of water to find me.
My destination peaks are sort of halfway-ish between.

Lots of clues… Is the structure the bridge over the Snowy River and the building Illawong Lodge? Heading down from Twynam.
