Not Magnetic Island. It is an island but I'm quite a bit further north.

Not there Sandy but you're a bit closer. I'm still further north, you are very roughly 1/3 of the way there from Magnetic Is.

Nothing jumping out at me, but it looks like classic Hawkesbury sandstone country. I'll guess somewhere in the Nattai Valley area.

Thank you peregrinator. It overlooks an evocative and spectacular area. It was a windy, chilly day and we climbed up here to find a sheltered spot for lunch on the way to a very deep valley. I don't know how many bother to climb up here from the track but it's worth the effort.
