Several years ago with my Mother, great walk and very under rated. Looking into the area last Winter from Spion Kopje it did look as though the walk pad sections were a little over grown. But slow rather than impassable.

It was fine during the winter - a little growth here and there but nowhere was the track hard to follow.

Hi Pete,

I have just completed a 6 day circuit, and came out from Bogong Creek Saddle to Bogong Village via Mt Arthur, yesterday.

The section from Bogong Creek Saddle to Mt Arthur is easy to follow, with only a couple of sections where the pad became feint - but we just kept going up! I was glad to have a long sleeve shirt on for going through the areas where the track was clear at foot level - but a little overgrown from waist to head.

The track towards The Grey Hills at the top of Mt Arthur was clear - but we headed down Black Possum Spur to Bogong Village. This section of the track was more overgrown but still easy to follow.

Enjoy your walk.
