Last year's April gathering of forum members was loads of fun: Meeting other forum members, camping (or glamping) it up a bit, some gear displays and discussions,... Who's interested?

The main thing is to just get there- the complexities of procedure need not be.
Shelter, bedding, food, drink and a chair. Enjoy the time and the company. Don't get overwhelmed with details if it's going to be stressful or complex for you, people.

Pretty confident that I can do this next year.
Although I try to avoid being away during school holidays, I am fortunate in having a lot of flexibility with dates, so if the family circumstances of others dictate school hols,that won't be a barrier for me.

Great to see such enthusiasm so far out! We will be bringing the kids again. They had a ball last time, and enjoyed 'babysitting' the littlies.

Would love to join in the fun - but the only weekend that is going to work for us is the 23-24th, as I am on placement in a mystery* location until the 22nd April.

Only doing one soup this time
The logistics and cost of doing two was too great
It will be Curried Tomato and Barley; will be both vegetarian and wholesome and tasty and yummy and bring your own plain yoghurt and naan
Will bring the trailer and the gas stove again and maybe I'll have the big tent set-up for the woodstove by then

If we don't get much interest, I might try again to organise a gathering in Spring.
