Overnight Hike/Camp

Hey Guys,
It's been a while since I have been on here but I wanted to know anyone's suggestions for a quick one night hike from Melbourne? I want to try out my new Mont tent that I paid a small fortune for but also want to avoid car campers so basically any suggestions of short-ish hikes to campsites not accessible by a vehicle would be great?

A walk into Mountaineer Creek camp in Eildon National Park is a close to Melbourne walk.
Some good views from high above the lake and Stones Outstation is an interesting little hut in a very pretty spot.

The Baw Baw. Phillack Saddle from St Gwinnear or the longer track from the Erica carpark.

Mushroom rocks is only a short 3 or so kms walk from Erica carpark, highly likely there will be snow cover up there. Snow chains maybe required.

Hey All,
Thank you for all the suggestions. I ended up doing Cathedral Ranges, starting at Neds Gully, down Neds Gully Track, on to Ridge Track to camp at the Farm Yard and then back through Jaw Bone Creek Track and Little River Track back to Neds Gully. Thanks again Stansi for the recommendation.
The Ridge Track was a bit challenging and I didn't expect having to navigate all those rocks. The views were amazing however and it’s probably one of the prettier hikes I have done.
I ended up camping literally just outside the actual Farm Yard Campsite (By accident) but another couple of hikers did the same thing. There were quite a few groups of ‘lads’ car camping at Neds Gully so I am glad we camped at the Farm Yard away from all of that.
Next on my list is Beeripmo!

Thanks guys, the Mont tent is fantastic. Never had such a nice tent. Very well designed and the build quality is excellent (for the price it would want to be) I hope for some bad weather to really test her out soon
