FYI for those who are yet to see it (announced Nov 2020).
A walkable trail to improve linkages between communities by connecting the Surf Coast and Great Ocean Walks

The proposed route from Fairhaven to Skenes Ck does not include even a single hike in camp (unless you count Allenvale)

And does not use any of the long proposed, fully walked and even fully flagged from time to time TOWW route.
