Bushwalk Australia

Does anyone have GPS tracks or mud maps for the routes up the Twin Peaks, Billy Goat Hill, Middle and West Bald Rock. Going to have limited time and don't want to bush bash.

I've also just been reading Take a Walk in South-east Queensland which has descriptions including some distances and grid references and small maps of routes.
