Jatbula trail - transport options from Darwin

Hi all,
We’re hoping to do the Jatbula trail next winter, flying in and out of Darwin.
Are there any other options to get to Katherine besides renting a car or catching the bus? I was hoping to see companies offering transfers but can’t find anything on Google.

There seem to be a few different coach services - any “private transfer” would likely be just a minibus anyway.

It’s around 300km each way so even if you did find an operator, it would be pretty expensive.

You can fly or catch the train, but those options will cost a lot more than the bus.
