Trip Report with a difference - GordonVale/Rhona

Cruising around the webs as you do, looking for info on a planned walk to Lake Rhona in Feb... came across a good trip report... from 1947!!!
Hadn't seen that before, fascinating! - figured it might be worth a read for some folks here... (apologies if it has been posted)
