Does anyone have a GPS file for the Port Davey track so I can get my daughter of my back.

You don't need a GPX file for the Port Davey. It's followable all the way through, even the muddy and overgrown bits. Plus, any decent navigation app with reasonable maps will show it. It's on OSM, it's on ListMap, it's on all the main topos.

The only part where you might possibly have any trouble is if the Spring River is really high and the low ground on its eastern bank flooded.

If you google “port davey gpx” you will find something (eg: the AllTrails web site has a gpx).

Even at Spring River it’s hard to get lost. There’s really only one way through all the scrub after where the flood came through.
