Did the walk to Mt Saddleback summit today and what a fantastic walk. WE go every Wednesday but this is the first time we have had snow as we tend to stay away from the highlands in winter. Like all winter walks the rocks were extremely slippery and great care was need but it was certainly worth it as it was like a winter fairy land with the snow. Attached is a photo taken near the summit.

Gotta love the snow did you get any views in the NE today.
It is easier to go down a hill than up, but the view is much better at the top.

Yep it was brilliant - sadly no views just as we reached the summit the weather closed in, the snow came down and blocked out the magical views which I have seen before. A wonderful day.

I am planning on doing Mt Saddleback and Mt Victoria next week. I have found the walking track for Mt Vic, but where does the Mt Saddleback track start?
Cheers,
Justin
