Hi here are a few pics from last week,did the crossing via moncreefs track,grey hill t spur,cleave cole hut,eskdale spur,
Have to go back to recover my $1,200 new metal plates,-teeth.near howmans falls,-well hoping that is.
Well dont no how to put up picks,-advise welcome.

We just did the Bogong Circuit. The tank at Bivouac Hut is just 1/3 full, though the water's great to drink. The water fawcett has been clobbered and water gushes out at two places, leaving the ground below like a quagmire.
We met a couple coming down who said that Parks have known about it for 3 months or so. If anyone's heading up that way, perhaps you could take a bit of gaffer tape, as a tight binding around the broken metal should help a lot.
It'll be terrible for anyone turning up there to find the tank empty.
