It's been quite some time since I've posted a trip report here (not because I haven't been walking but because I haven't gotten around to writing them up!) so I'm going to start with my most recent trip.
I won't post a full trip report yet, but one member of the party has made a short video of the first day and you can watch it on YouTube via this link here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cbRxV3HNEO4 or in the window below.
This trip was inspired by discussion on this website, so thanks to Kanangra, puredingo, juxtaposer, Clarence and others who contributed photos and information.
Wow, great video. looks like a lot of fun. I wish we had running water like that in the Darling Ranges over in the west here and the idea of a campfire in Feb is just completely foreign. Thanks.
Thanks for the interest in the trip and the video, the trip was really enjoyable, and Rich did a good job of the video. If you're into canyoning at all, you should check out the rest of his youtube channel. There's plenty to watch there.
I'll wait until he releases the video of day two before I post a full trip report.
G'day Alex, was kicking around Murriun Ck on the weekend and found a broad rimmed hat with "Matt" written on it. One of your party? If so it's still there, I tied it to a higher limb out of the water line...I would of bought it back but didn't end up coming home that way...you know how it is.

I don't think it was ours, and 'm fairly sure that we saw the same hat in Murruin Creek, but didn't touch it as we weren't sure if someone was to come back for it. I probably should have grabbed it though as chances of that happening would be quite small.
