I use an iPhone app called Fleetly to log my various fitness activities. I'm happy enough with it.
- easy to use
- there are a large number of included exercises and I can create custom exercises as well
- it syncs quickly with the desktop version
- I can set and track goals based on points
- I can review my training history
- I can take on various challenges eg. 1000 crunches in a month
- I can connect with other users to share and compare results
Now, I have a couple of questions:
- Firstly - is there anyone else on the forum using Fleetly? Let me know as it would be great to connect with other bushwalkers - after all, our fitness goals are not the same as triathletes, marathon runners and the lycra crowd.
- Secondly, it would be good to know what fitness apps other people are using and what they find good/bad about them.
