Using fitness apps on your smart phone

I use an iPhone app called Fleetly to log my various fitness activities. I'm happy enough with it.
- easy to use
- there are a large number of included exercises and I can create custom exercises as well
- it syncs quickly with the desktop version
- I can set and track goals based on points
- I can review my training history
- I can take on various challenges eg. 1000 crunches in a month
- I can connect with other users to share and compare results

Now, I have a couple of questions:

- Firstly - is there anyone else on the forum using Fleetly? Let me know as it would be great to connect with other bushwalkers - after all, our fitness goals are not the same as triathletes, marathon runners and the lycra crowd.

- Secondly, it would be good to know what fitness apps other people are using and what they find good/bad about them.

I have the Garmin Fit app that I mainly use for MTB. It's pretty good.
You can share your tracks like this -

The main thing I don't like is the statistics are shown in miles by default. If I log in it changes to my saved preference, and if you are viewing, you can also change it somewhere.

My profile is set to hide events by default. You can change events so they can be viewed by anyone as per the example, but you have to log into the website to do that, would be nice if it could be done in the app.

Otherwise, a great app.

Garmin Connect (website and app) gives good foundation level analysis, and then I get further in-depth analysis through the Connect Stats app. The latter is independent of Garmin, but synchronises perfectly.

I use Steps, but am playing around with Fitbit.
This makes me the first man to climb Mount Everest backwards, without oxygen...or even a jumper.
