Canyon Safety and Code of Ethics Video

Postby Lotsafreshair » Tue 27 Jan, 2015 2:16 pm

With a bit of trepidation I step back into the forum after a bit of a break. Geez, I hope I can still nav around here without a compass!

I've just finished working on a video that I made with the help of NPWS Blue Mts, Police Rescue, NSW Ambulance and BMAC (Blue Mts Adventure Co.). It's all about trying to get safe canyoning messages out there, along with important stuff about looking after our canyons.

We've all heard stories (and read some of them here) about some of the silly or down-right dangerous things that people get up to in canyons and I'm really hoping to help get the message out.

Interested to hear what you think...

Thanks guys. It's always hard to know how things will be received. They're all important message to get out there.

Oh and Lindsay... you definitely should! :-)
