Curious that he doesn't mention or use a vapour barrier. Interesting to see him using an australian army hutchie, too.
I think that he is incorrect about radiative heat loss, too. You don't radiate more heat in a cold climate, you gain less heat from the environment. To radiate more heat would mean getting hotter. Not that this makes much practical difference.

Actually I think he is right about the radiative heat loss but I really disagree with him on sleeping with your warm clothes on
