Interesting that the Milford Track is featured in this magazine. Recently in the UK there's been several articles in the newspapers airing concern about its overuse. (That concern is also shared with other well-known and well-publicised NZ trips.) E.g. https://www.theguardian.com/world/2018/ ... t-tourists
