I just had surgery on my feet for ingrown toenails and I need to keep my feet off the ground for a little longer.
But as soon as I can I start training for my winter trip; ski-touring and Telemarking at Falls Creek

I know I'm hungry when.....even my work colleagues' Lite'n'easy meals look appetising
Has anyone seen how much plastic rubbish those things generate?
Makes my efforts to use a worm farm at home and reduce packaging, grow my own, cook my own, keep two chooks etc blah blah blah seem completely imbecile
(Hmm, confession, I have been known to bin dive and retrieve small plastic containers from the aforemetioned packaged meals, and reuse them on an overnight trip for condiments.)

I thought that was standard practice. Cuts down on carrying food.
I know I'm really hungry when I don't bother killing them first . . .
