Shinrin-roku

So , there is a name for that special experience we have when bushwalking. I believe the literal translation is Forest-bathing.

I have often said, like many of us, that the bush recharges me, makes me feel grounded. Now I have a fancy term for it !

I agree, very useful. It is a term I am going to use! I used to call it bush mojo... now it sounds so much better :)

Now I have a new term for it, from now on I will call it "bush mojo", thanks :)
