Favourite Trails

To the best of my knowledge- this hasn't been done yet.

What/where are your top three overnight/multi-night trails?

I'm still new to Tassie, so I can't add Tassie tracks to my list.

#1 Shining Rock Wilderness circuit (6 days), North Carolina (except for the skunks)

#2 Canungra River Circuit, Lamington NP, Qld

#3 Woody Gap-Blood mountain-Neely Gap, Appalachian Trail, Georgia

How about yours?

I'm an Aussie. I don't do trails. I do tracks.

Mainland:
Larapinta
Jatbula
The Alpine sections of the AAWT, especially MacDonald to Speculation, Selwyn to Wills and Cowombat Flat to Pocket Saddle.

Tassie:
Mount Field West (well, it's overnight if you include Florentine Spur and Mt Lord)
Walls of Jerusalem
Western Arthurs

I'm an Aussie too. I walk on paths, pads, tracks, trails and even water if it keeps the missus happy (she had me add that bit).

Not beaches? So the South Coast Track is out?

Thought it sounded over-rated, and it takes at least a week
