There appears to be water almost everywhere over Mt Anne.

There is a rain water tank at High Camp Hut - the Eliza plateau is flush with pools and streams - I have not been to Shelf Camp yet - but the water in pools suggests it will be fine and the Lonely Tarns will be fine.
We went to Pandani Shelf and exited via the NE Ridge due to a change in plans, but water was fine.
I would suggest a litre to carry while walking and when climbing Anne and Lot.

PS - I do note that it was much wetter there this Jan than 2 years ago when we were last there.

Eggs is spot on, you have no need whatsoever to carry water anywhere on the Anne circuit.
Nothing to see here.
