Trying a quilt?

Does anyone know which stores in Melbourne I can hit up to see how quilts work (attachments etc) and what they are like? I am looking into the Katabatics or EE quilts (if anyone has any recommendations, please go ahead) but would need to buy online so want to test first...

I have a Katabaticgear Palisade - and its an awesome piece of gear. So well made, so warm, so awesome. Sadly (happily?) I mostly stopped bushwalking solo a few months after it arrived, and we now use a z-packs twin quilt. While there is love for the z-packs twin quilt (snuggles!), its not quite as sturdy feeling as the Palisade, not quite as lofty and not quite so "cloud of happiness" feeling. That said, its about the same price and weight as the Palisade and works well for one person too. Z packs do a single sleeping bag/quilt which is significantly cheaper than the Katabatics, and while I have not used one, a few friends have, and they love them. We are in Sale, Vic, and you can come and have a play if you like.
