Any Kiwis dehydrating your own food?

I ask because I want to procure your services. I am looking for someone to dehydrate some lamb and beef mince for me without preservatives or any additional ingredients for a walking trip in Jan or Feb 2014. Please PM me if you can help.

Admin please move post if you think it belongs in Market Square though I wasn't sure if I'd reach enough Kiwis there.

i dont dehydrate or eat meat...
