Road to Stronachs camp closed to 7/12

The Thomson Valley Road is currently closed to traffic about 12km south west of Stronachs so no access for drops until 7/12.
Also can report leeches on climb up Firebreak Track towards Mt Erica recently well fed.

Ummmmm, that's a loop road. Is access cut off from both ends?

I'm a bit confused...do you mean Thomson Valley Rd from Toorongo Rd end or from Rawson?

Its cut off on the approach from Rawson but a fair way up towards Stronachs.

The AAWT track immediately out from Stronach's is a nightmare of fallen trees! We were hit at Stronach's by a dreadful overnight storm of raging winds, hail and even snow, so that the next day's walk towards Thomson River took us ages. It would have to have been one of my hardest and slowest days walking ever!
