Companion for Overland trek 12th March onward

I am looking to do the overland trek in mid March. I will arrive at Launceston on 12th March and staying for about 2 weeks. The start date is flexible.
I was supposed to go with a friend but he is probably pulling out. So I am looking for a companion or a group to tag along with for safety reasons and logistics. I am inexperienced and this is going to be my first trek of this length. However, I am reasonably fit and have done the Mount Rinjani summit in Indonesia.
