Thanks Dave and everyone. It's a tough job exploring picturesque places and taking a few snaps but I manage to struggle through it

Yeah I think the water level was quite low when we were there, it's been a long spell without any decent rain and you can clearly see the tide marks to indicate previous water levels. If you do go and check it out I'd recommend taking the trip up the river, it was the best part of the few days we spent there. We didn't make it to the big waterfall this time but rounding the corner and entering the gorge proper was highlight enough.
A lot of the Clarence River is cattle country so don't expect pristine wilderness, we saw stock standing in the shallows drinking and doing their business... maybe bring your own water like we did
