Maybe it doesn't update at all Miyata610, or it is so cold the people are frozen?
You posted that on Monday 20 Aug, and it is the same picture today. (Image taken: 1/09/2012 11:39:14 AM - supposedly)

The picture above itself is updateing that's why it's the same. As you can see nice sunny day today, have not had many of those in the last month.
