A day trip to Waterfall Valley and back

Swore I would never go back to Cradle on a weekend.
Well I fibbed, we left at 6am to beat the crowds.
Was a great day although a little on the warm side.
Didn't run into many people until on the way out, then it was like dodgem cars.

Love the one of Crater Lake.The Barn Bluff pic also a stunner. Maybe just crop out the shrubbery in the foreground. This will turn your great pic into a million dollar pic. Sweet stuff!

No it's just a rock....

Guess some would say I was just lucky In saying that it, might have been nice to see the blue but could have done without the heat and would have really appreciated some cloud cover on the day.

Some more nice photos there. I think I like the Cradle Mtn and Dove Lake silhouete at dusk........this would look better as a B+W version (IMHO). Thanks for sharing yet again.
