It wasn't much in the way of bushwalking, but still a good effort for a 4:30am start with a 5yo in tow. These are from Cradle Mtn this morning. C+C Welcome. All taken with a 30D + 24-105/4 L IS, and processed in CS3

Enjoy!

Like the first two a lot and the second last one has some appeal with the person by the lake. The bit of brown/red on the trees in the first one helps.
Cheers

Great stuff and well done for getting away so early in the morning!

#6 is interesting: The contrast between the bright foreground and silhoetted mountain behind.

The last one; again, the contrast between the sharply defined mountain, and the soft, undulating reflection, and the contrasting colours of blue-grey and warm yellows and browns.

No wonder you wanted to show them off. Interesting how the one with the distant figure by the lake would be just another shot without that. Thank you for sharing.
