Hah, it's cool how you've got everyone's hear looking the other way or in shadow. You'd almost think people were trying to avoid you taking their photo! :)

Well quite interesting to see these postings. I saw your vehicles as we made our way to Projection Bluff on Saturday morning. We climbed Quamby on Friday. weather OK but a bit cloudy mostly and quite a cold breeze. Six of us from the south spent a few days in the area and went up Higgs to Lady Lake on Thursday, especially interesting after seeing the photos of the hut on this web site some months ago.

Anyway, does anyone know what the story is with the two cars left at the start of the Quamby climb? They were there on Wednesday when we went past and still there on Saturday.

Yeah on the way out we spoke to the guy that lives right next to the Quamby track and he said they always park there. I have no idea where they go from there, perhaps it's a car pool spot or something. He checks the car park each evening to make sure everyone is down from the mountain.
