Gday all, I went for a drive to Freycinet the weekend gone to have a bit of a wander and to scope out a few photo locations along the way for future shoots.

Here are a few I got and a few of others can be seen at http://s173.photobucket.com/albums/w76/mcikeymoo21/

As usual, very good pictures, Mickeymoo. It is a great place for photos in good light.

That's very true

Many years ago, almost in another life!, my wife, two young children, and I walked over the Wineglass Bay and camped at the northern end - there used to be running water there then, but I you can't camp there anymore, and I don't think the creek has run for many years. But back to the point, it was an Easter time I think, and the sunrise looking out over the waves and bay was awesome; almost as if the sky was on fire. I have some brilliant photos, prints only, in an album somewhere. I feel inspired to dig them out now that think about it again.

Looking forward to the pictures you take now that you have, 'scoped out' the area.

Cheers

Yeah its always fun to go back and look at old photos, I wouldnt think that creek would have seen much water for some years now. The east coast is certainly a geat spot for some great colours in the mornings.
