My wife and I spent a nice easy day out doing the National Pass yesterday. A few more pics and rambling
here.

Great shots! I haven't noticed those little sculptures before. It's been about 10 months since I've walked the pass.

Nice images

. I have many favourite places and this is one of them. Like flatfoot I don't recall those sculptures (or the cartouche style signage embedded in the rock). I think I was last there late November, so must be very new.

Possibly one of the most spectacular walks I have been on.
I didn't follow the signs but rather went right down into the valley, followed the path along the river and came up at Wentworth Falls then up along all the ladders at Slack's Stairs.
Amazing walk. Do it as soon as you can.

Track's been flashed up a bit since I was there.

Thanks DarrenM.
I've walked National Pass 2 or 3 times now and have enjoyed it every time. And I have done it in both directions as well. Must say I think the way you did it is probably the easier way (although my knees may not agree). Nice job on the photos, such a picturesque area.
