Arrived in Hobart to do the Mt.Anne circuit today heading out first thing friday morning but the weather looks a bit grim, not sure what to do in the way of a backup walk.
Can always head to the labirynth and do a couple of days there. Frenchman's is an option but something different would be nice, anyone got a suggestion?

It doesnt look that grim actually - Friday getting up the hill might be a bit wet but Saturday looks OK and then some deterioration on Sunday.

Its not fantastic. - but its not guarenteed to be any better at Frenchmans or the Labyrinth, at least there are huts though.
You could consider walking the circuit in reverse - and probably aim for Mt Anne on monday, when the forecast is looking better.
Cheers

had always considered this option and possibly the best one; do the ridge early on monday. Don't want to miss out again!!
