Info I saw says gusts around Hobart are about 10km, Butlers Gorge 15km, but L'ton is getting 90km gusts and Devonport nearly 100km. A few trees down in my street so I can only imagine what's happening on some of the tracks

Update on parks and reserves affected by severe weather
Cradle Mountain -
Cradle Mountain received about 30 cm of snow on Thursday night. The road from the Ranger Station to Dove Lake is open only to 4WDs and this is likely to be the case tomorrow with more snow expected overnight. Call the visitor centre on 6492 1110 for the latest on conditions within the park. For information on the condition of access roads to Cradle Mountain, check the Tasmania Police site here.
Lake St Clair – all tracks are now open. About 10-15 cm of snow fell overnight, with snow falling intermittently through the day.
Warrawee Conservation Area access – Mersey River Shale Road closure
The flying fox tower and cable at the Mersey River Latrobe DPIPWE gauging station has been damage by a tree fall overnight. The cable is both in the river and also low hanging above the access road to the site.
Unfortunately this will not be fixed until early next week and for public safety, the boom gate on Shale Road has been locked to prevent public access and potential harm. Unfortunately this closure coincides with the opening of the fishing season and some anglers may want to use this road. It is hoped the road will be re-opened early next week.
Mt Field National Park
The Lake Dobson Road is open to 4WDs and 2WDs with chains. The Tall Trees Track is being checked and will likely be closed due to tree falls. For the latest in road and snow conditions phone 6288 1149.
