That's it. This is Lake Schwansee, or Swan Lake. King Lugwig II's Schloss Neuschwanstein is just over the hill.

Te Henga Walkway?

yes thats the track,
the hillary trail is a collection of tracks, Te henga being one of them... its only an option on the hilary trail as there are two options at that end of the trrail, the other option doesnt go along the te henga, it goes inland for those needing public transport to get back to auckland , it goes through to the west auckland railway station

Thanks wayno. I found this quite comprehensive map by Auckland Council showing all the separate tracks that link to form the Hilary Trail and the transport options -
Hilary Trail. That helped to pinpoint your coastal image on the Te Henga track.
Next from the USA:

- Grand Teton and Teton Range - Grand Teton NP, Wyoming USA

Dead in the water. Coming up to 5 days and not a single response.
If there are no guesses, provide regular hints or the game disappears from the new posts page. If the post is refreshed with a hint no later than 24hrs it will be regularly seen by a lot of members and there will be more involvement.
